ABOUT US
The Leos Quartet (pronounced Lee-oss) was founded by the cellist Rachel Shakespeare in 2008 at the Royal Northern College of Music. Since then, The Leos Quartet have been regularly providing high-class music for events and weddings throughout the North-West. Notable corporate clients have included Manchester City Football Club, Bentley Motors, Granada ITV & Finnair.
The Leos Quartet pride themselves in their extensive repertoire which ranges from Bach to Lady Gaga making them suitable for any event! We are constantly adding to our repertoire list but if we don't have that one special piece you are after, we can have almost anything arranged specifically for you.
On our website you can hear us play, watch our video and read some of our fantastic reviews. We are also available as a The Leos Duo*, The Leos Trio & Leos Strings (for larger functions).

The Leos Quartet is drawn from a large pool of professional string players individually selected for their musical abilities and extensive experience performing at weddings and functions. Our players have worked with UK Orchestras including the BBC Philharmonic, Manchester Camerata, Halle and Liverpool Philharmonic.
Our aim is to provide a bespoke service, individually tailored to your needs - whatever the event!
